The Health Plan Office is Closed on Presidents’ Day

The APWU Health Plan offices are closed on Monday, February 20, 2023 to observe the Federal Holiday. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Sarah J. Rodriguez is the Director of the APWU Health Plan. This plan has over 220 employees and over 105,000 postal and federal plan participants. In 2019 Sarah was elected by the APWU Membership as Director of the APWU Health Plan. Sarah brings over 14 years of experience as a union leader to this role.
