My husband has been an APWU plan member for over 30 years and we always get excellent customer service. Today was the icing on the cake when Dianne, one of your customer service representatives, contacted one of my providers to assist with the correction of a bill that was consistently being billed as out of network. She initiated a conference call on my behalf and was able to resolve the issue that I have been trying to resolve for 2 years. Dianne was extremely patient and kind and I will never forget the awesome customer service that she provided. Within an hour the provider contacted me to say that all of the claims had been adjusted appropriately.
